The UK's first ever Live TV commercial

The BBC Team find theirself in Essex for the lastest installment of the TV show

Weald goes 'Bang'.

10th April 2010 on Location in one of Weald's hangar's.

We are proud to say that one Weald Aviation Services hangar's and surrounding apron space was chosen as the perfect location to film the UK's first ever live TV commercial advertising the BBC's newest show 'Bang goes the theory'. As you'll see from the photos one of our hangars was chosen for its shape, style and size, for the riggers to build a full size working experiment to be aired Live on prime time TV.

With us being able to not only offer the studio space required for such an event but also accommodating the requirement to supply adjacent hard standing for all the support vehicles, live broadcasting equipment and catering.

Our base at North Weald Airfield in Essex is a stones throw from the M25/M11 motorways and set in a secure rural location. This makes us in an ideal position to cater for almost all types of Events and functions that you may need catering for. With vast Hangar and Hard Standing at our disposal, we've provided our services for many high profile programmes, Bang Goes the Theory and Silent Witness to mention a but a few.

If it's regular events you require hosting, this again is something we can handle. We have for the past two years now hosted 'VW Players", one of the most successful car shows of its kind in Europe, with a capacity of well over 2000 people. We have also been used by several event management companies for themed corporate events for clients such as IBM and Playstation.
